Isso corresponde a "a mark you leave when you access a website". Resolução comentada do VaiConcursos. Resolução comentada do VaiConcursos. Logo, dizer que a trilha deixada "can't be seen" contradiz o texto. Resolução comentada do VaiConcursos. "Be aware of your digital footprint" quer dizer ter consciência dela. Isso corresponde a "knowing that something exists". B) Seria 'absent-minded' ou 'preoccupied'. C) Seria 'careless'. D) Seria 'fond' ou 'loving'. Nenhuma dessas ideias é a de 'aware'. Referência: Vocabulário: aware = ciente, consciente. Resolução comentada do VaiConcursos. Resolução comentada do VaiConcursos. Gabarito disponível 'Come across' significa encontrar, deparar-se com; sinônimo: find. Em "if you come across anything online that makes you upset", o phrasal verb quer dizer encontrar por acaso. O sinônimo é "find". B) 'check' é verificar. C) 'buy' é comprar. D) 'take' é pegar ou levar. Referência: Phrasal verbs: come across = find by chance. Resolução comentada do VaiConcursos. Portanto, o autor aconselha usar a própria pegada digital a favor do usuário. Resolução comentada do VaiConcursos. Resolução comentada do VaiConcursos. Gabarito disponível Gabarito disponível Gabarito disponível A pergunta que tem 'Protect your identity online' como resposta é 'What should I do?'. "Protect your identity online" é a resposta a "What should I do?". A) 'When should I report it?' pergunta sobre momento, e a frase não indica isso. B) 'Where should I sign in?' pergunta sobre lugar. C) 'How long should I be online?' pergunta sobre duração. Nenhuma dessas é respondida pela frase. Referência: Pronomes interrogativos (wh-questions) e imperativo. Resolução comentada do VaiConcursos. Gabarito disponível A forma afirmativa de 'didn't impress' é 'impressed'. "Didn't impress" é Simple Past negativo (did not + verbo base). A) Present Perfect, muda o tempo verbal. B) Simple Present, muda o tempo. Resolução comentada do VaiConcursos. Gabarito disponível 'Always think carefully before you post' é uma frase no imperativo que dá um conselho. A frase está no modo imperativo e faz parte das dicas finais do texto ("remember: keep safe, don't put too much personal information online..."). Resolução comentada do VaiConcursos. Gabarito disponível 'Of course I won't' é incorreta porque a pergunta usa 'would', e a resposta correta seria 'of course I wouldn't'. A pergunta 'Would I be happy...?' pede uma resposta curta com o mesmo auxiliar 'would'. As alternativas A, B e D expressam negativa de forma adequada, mas 'I won't' usa 'will', que não corresponde à pergunta. A) Adequada: 'I sure wouldn't' é negativa coerente. B) Adequada: 'I don't think so' é negativa válida. D) Adequada: 'No way!' é negativa enfática. Referência: Respostas curtas e coerência de tempos verbais (would/will). Resolução comentada do VaiConcursos. Resolução comentada do VaiConcursos. Resolução comentada do VaiConcursos. Resolução comentada do VaiConcursos.

Your digital footprint
Every time you go online you leave a trail. This
is just like a real footprint. It reveals where you’ve been,
how long you stayed and what you’ve been doing there.

can be revealed. This shouldn’t necessarily be worrying
but it is advisable to be aware of your digital footprint
and to be cautious and sensible when you are online.
10 Six top tips for taking care of your digital footprint

If you don’t, someone can easily pretend to be you!

Tell an adult if you come across anything

Your digital footprint
Every time you go online you leave a trail. This
is just like a real footprint. It reveals where you’ve been,
how long you stayed and what you’ve been doing there.
Every time you register for an online service, send an
5 email, download a video or upload a photo, the
information can be accessed and your digital footprint
can be revealed. This shouldn’t necessarily be worrying
but it is advisable to be aware of your digital footprint
and to be cautious and sensible when you are online.
10 Six top tips for taking care of your digital footprint
Don’t forget to log off when you leave a
website, especially if you are using a shared computer.
If you don’t, someone can easily pretend to be you!
Don’t tell anyone your passwords and don’t
15 write them down in an obvious place. Make them more
complex by using a combination of letters, numbers and
punctuation marks.
Tell an adult if you come across anything
online that makes you upset, anxious or concerned.
20 There are ways to report inappropriate or abusive
content and in most cases web managers respond
rapidly.
Remember your favourite websites by using
the history button and the bookmark function on your
25 computer or mobile device. This is a way that your
digital footprint can work in your favour, but remember
to clear your browser history regularly.
If you want to post comments online, you don’t
have to use your own name. Invent a nickname to use
30 instead. You can also use a picture instead of a real
photo.
Protect your identity online. Be careful about
who you share personal information with and always
think twice before sharing details like your email, home
35 address, school or phone number with someone.
Think about the future
All kinds of people are interested in your digital
footprint. It's now quite common for colleges,
universities and employers to check out the online
40 profiles of possible candidates as part of their
application process. There are cases of people having
missed out on jobs and places in college because their
digital footprint didn’t impress the recruiters. So,
remember: keep safe, don’t put too much personal

post something. Ask yourself, ‘Would I be happy for
absolutely everyone to see this?’
